M&E Dashboard

This dashboard helps you monitor plans, findings, activities, beneficiaries, and residence status. It renders with unfiltered data on load; use filters to narrow the view.

Global filters

  • Project (All Projects by default)
  • Province (All Provinces by default)

Click Apply to update the charts. Many charts also include local dropdown filters next to their titles.

KPI cards

  • Total (male/female breakdown)
  • PWDs (male/female breakdown)
  • M&E Plans (count)
  • Findings (count)
  • Lessons Learned (count)
  • CFM Feedbacks (count)
  • Overdue Actions of M&E Plan (count)

Findings by Status

  • Local filter: Project only.
  • Renders on page load (no filter needed).
  • If you see no data, clear the local filter and/or use the global Apply button.

Beneficiaries by Sector

  • Local filters: Project, Province.
  • Renders unfiltered on load using a rows fallback; drill down with local or global filters.

Residence Status of Beneficiaries

  • Local filters: Project, Province.
  • Aggregates from underlying rows so it can render on load without filters. Global Apply also affects it.

M&E Activities by Project

  • Local filters: Project, Province.

Indicator Progress vs Target by Project

  • Local filters: Project, Province.
  • Uses indicator IDs for alignment between data and front-end series.

M&E Plan Status

  • Local filters: Project, Province.

Recent tables

  • Recent Findings (date, severity, status)
  • Recent Lessons Learned (date, lesson excerpt)
  • Recent Feedback (date, type)

Tips

  • If a chart looks empty, clear local filters and click Apply to re-run global filters.
  • Global filters apply to multiple charts; local filters affect only the chart they’re attached to.
