Surveys¶
Create internal surveys and analyze responses.
Who can access¶
- Users with “Survey menu” and related permissions: “Survey can survey”, “Survey can view results”.
Create and manage surveys¶
- HR → Surveys → Surveys.
- New survey: title, description, open/close dates.
- Add questions (single choice, multiple choice, scale, text).
- Publish and share link or assign to audience.
View results¶
- HR → Surveys → View Results.
- Filter by survey and date.
- Inspect charts and export if available.
Tips¶
- Keep surveys short to improve completion rate.
- Pilot with a small group before organization-wide release.
Troubleshooting¶
- No responses visible: check date range, audience, or survey status.
- Missing question types: check permissions or template configuration.
