Planning Phase

Upload and manage M&E documents for the selected project. Only M&E department uploads are editable here.

Access and permissions

  • Edit/Delete actions appear only when the document department is M&E and you are the uploader or an Admin.
  • All users with access to the project can download documents.

UI overview

  • Header: “{Project Name} - M&E Planning Phase” and “Stage 2: Planning (M&E)”
  • Section: “M&E Documents” with an Add button
  • Document cards show:
    • Name (title)
    • Type (formatted from slug, e.g., baseline_survey → Baseline survey)
    • Department badge (M&E Department or Program Department)
    • Shared indicator (if shared_users is set)
    • Actions: Download; Edit/Delete when allowed

Add or edit a document

  1. Click “Add M&E Document” (or Edit on a card) to open the modal.
  2. Fill the form fields:
    • Document Name (text)
    • Document Type (text)
    • Upload Document (file)
  3. While uploading, an “Uploading…” state is shown. Submit to Save or Update.
  4. Close the modal to return to the list.

Delete a document

  • Click Delete on a card (if allowed) and confirm in the Delete confirmation modal.

Notes

  • Cards visually distinguish department with color badges (M&E = purple, Program = blue).
  • Download always available; Edit/Delete restricted to M&E uploads by same user or Admin.
