Quotations

Add and manage supplier quotations for approved PRs.

Filters:

• Province: All Provinces + list
• Search: debounced

Table columns:

• ID
• Requisition Number
• Request Date
• Total Amount (formatted)
• Currency
• Status
• Province
• Requester
• Quotations (Current/Required)
• Actions (Add Quotations)

Add Quotations modal:

• Header shows selected PR number and Total Amount USD
• Registered Quotations list with Download and Delete (permission: delete quotation)
• Fields:
  • Supplier Name
  • Price
  • PDF Files (multiple; only PDFs allowed)
• UX:
  • Per-file uploading indicators and a global “Uploading…” info box
  • Save disabled while uploading

Delete confirmation modal appears when removing a registered quotation.
